Vertical Pressure Filters According to DIN 19605 / 19643 / 18820

The reference filter series for public and hotel swimming pools, featuring a nozzle plate with high-quality nozzles, a GRP funnel with a reinforcing beam, and a structure engineered in accordance with AD-Merkblatt N1 and BS 4994.

Flanges, internal components, piping and supports are manufactured from GRP.

Dual-Layer GRP Construction

Chemical Protective Barrier

The inner layer consists of a combination of suitable resin, C-glass veil and glass fibres, providing long-term resistance to chemically treated water.

Mechanical Reinforcement

A combination of spray-up roving, woven roving, and radial and helical filament winding, with structural load capacity calculated in accordance with AD-Merkblatt N1 and BS 4994.

Configuration Options

Increased cylindrical section height: +3% / 100 mm; 1500 mm filter media bed: +9%
Vinyl ester lining for ozone applications (max. 1 ppm): +10%
Operating pressure 4 bar: +25% · 6 bar: +40%
External protective coating in RAL 5015; other colours: +5%
Alternative flange dimensions available upon request
Manhole and connection positions and orientations according to customer requirements
