Vertical Pressure Filters According to DIN 19605 / 19643 / 18820 / EN 13121-3

Vertical pressure filter featuring a nozzle plate and a specially designed upper diffuser for uniform distribution across the filter media bed. The TN-S configuration features a DN400 acrylic sight glass integrated into the combined M2/SG1 opening on the upper head, providing easy visual inspection and access to the filter media. Flanges, internal components, piping and support legs are manufactured from GRP.

Dual-Layer GRP Construction

Chemical Protective Barrier

The inner layer consists of a combination of suitable resin, C-glass veil and glass fibres, providing long-term resistance to chemically treated water.

Mechanical Reinforcement

A combination of spray-up roving, woven roving, and radial and helical filament winding.

Configuration Options

Increased cylindrical section height: +3% / 100 mm
Vinyl ester lining for ozone applications (max. 1 ppm): +10%
Alternative flange dimensions available upon request
Operating pressure 4 bar: +25% (factor 1.25)
Operating pressure 6 bar: +40% (factor 1.40)
External protective coating in RAL 5015; other colours: +5%
Opening and connection positions and orientations according to customer requirements
